Coordinator's Manual

The Food Fast Coordinator's Manual provides resources and activities to assist in designing a Food Fast retreat for your group. Offers activities to create a retreat with a balance of educational opportunities, spiritual/reflective opportunities, and interactive exercises. Included with each manual is a Poster, which can be hung on a parish or school bulletin board to announce the date of your Food Fast and encourage participation.

Recommended order: 1 per group.

Several educational videos are available to introduce Food Fast participants to CRS' work and to some of the challenges faced by their brothers and sisters overseas.

Each video is available in English and Spanish and is accompanied by a discussion guide in either language.
